In a disposable world, returned items often get destroyed because this is cheaper than cleaning, repackaging and reselling returns.

At Murgs, we don't throw any products away that still show signs of life, and donate them to our local gym. To one-up this and give these products chance to shine, we've decided to give them to YOU too.

Products that have seen very mild use are now going to be sent out to existing customers with only the cost of postage to pay (£4.99).

Why are these items not resold?

Here's a quick list of reasons a product may be available through our FreeCycle program. 

Often items are either like new with no packaging, have been used very lightly or have been discontinued.
  • Damaged or missing packaging
  • Not all parts have been returned
  • Cosmetic manufacturing fault
  • Light signs of use
  • Discontinued product line
  • Changes to design or outdated

If anything comes up and fits your profile, we'll send you an email confirming this item is something you're going to use and send a payment link for the postage (£4.99).

Once postage is paid, we'll dispatch your product and smile knowing products that are unable to be sold have gone to a good home, and will get a new lease of life.

Will I be chosen?

Customers are chosen at random until a match is found with the products we've got available to be given away.

Due to how few returns we have, you may never be chosen as it's impossible to send items to everyone who applies.

How often do things become available?

It's less common than you'd think. Over 95% of customers send products back the way they purchased them for resale, but a small percentage of items don't meet our high standards.

Can I swap my item?

Due to the 'lucky dip' nature of this program, we're unable to make exchanges or returns due to the random and limited availability of items.

If you get something that doesn't fit, it's then your turn to donate it to your local gym or a friend.

Do I literally only pay postage?

Yes.

£4.99 is the cost of postage and packaging and not a penny more.

When will be my product be sent?

Items will be dispatched each Monday and are sent Tracked 48.

Why are you doing this?

My item got lost in the mail

This is our biggest fear, as if an item is lost in the mail it cannot be resent as it is a one off. Postage can be refunded but only 10 working days after sending the item.

Remember, this isn't for profit, it's for the planet.

My item is already used?

We're ONLY sending out products that are unable for resale, some of these mean signs of use. Often the use showing is all you'd expect after using the item yourself for a few workouts.
